Your health and wellness are important to Northeast State Community College!
We recognize that wellness is a mutualistic relationship between the eight co-dependent dimensions of emotional, physical, occupational, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and financial health. A balance of these dimensions engages the body, mind, and spirit in the same way that a balanced diet is necessary for healthy nutrition. Should any one of these dimensions be neglected over time, it will adversely affect one’s health, well-being, and quality of life.
We are proud to provide both education and resources around health and wellness. By clicking each of the building blocks of wellness on the attached menu, you can learn how Northeast State Community College promotes healthy habits and increases the quality of life of our students, faculty, and staff.
