The Kingsport Center for Higher Education (KCHE) is a 54,000 square-foot facility administered by Northeast State Community College. KCHE consists of two institutions: East Tennessee State University and Northeast State Community College.  

This unique partnership allows the Center to offer courses and programs ranging from associate to doctoral degrees. You can complete an associate of arts or associate of science degree (University Parallel Program) and transfer directly into a senior institution housed in the KCHE.

Blazier-Wilson Hall offers the following services: Admissions, Career Development Services, Financial Aid, and Testing Services.
