The Division of Health Professions is housed at the Regional Center for Health Professions (RCHP). The purpose of the Health Professions Division is to prepare students to function in the role of specialized healthcare provider. Completion of these programs enables the student to take certification and/or licensure examinations required in these healthcare fields. To learn more about these health programs call 423.323.0238.

The Nursing program prepares individuals to become registered nurses. The associate degree graduate in Nursing is a generalist whose practice encompasses the interrelated roles of care provider, manager of care, and member of the comprehensive healthcare team.
