Northeast State accepts cash, checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card as methods of payment. Fees can be paid through the MyNortheast system by personal check or any major credit card. Please Note: Checks submitted online through the MyNortheast payment link must be drawn on a personal checking or savings account. Cashier's Checks, home equity line checks, money market checks, etc. will not process correctly and are subject to return from the financial institution.

Students whose fees are paid by an outside source must ensure that all appropriate paperwork from the paying agency is on file in the Business Office before the last day to pay. The last day to pay for each semester is published in the Academic Calendar.

Please note that all checks received by Northeast State Community College (NeSCC), either in person or by mail, will be converted to ACH format.  By tendering check payment to NeSCC, you authorize NeSCC to copy your check and to use the account information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account for the same amount as the check. Funds will be withdrawn from your account within 24 hours and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. The electronic fund transfer from your account will be on the account statement you receive from your financial institution. Copies will be held no longer than sixty (60) days.
