COREX25 is a Leadership Framework comprised of Five Essential Platforms of Leadership and Five Universal Principles of Teamwork. When the Five Principle are applied to each of the Five Platforms, 25 unique “Craft Points” emerge that serve to help a Leader identify issues and then craft solutions that will serve their team and align them for success.
