Eastman employees MUST bring their employee badges to continue taking their WorkKeys exam(s) at no cost.
Anyone not currently working at Eastman will get their first time (all 3 core tests) taking the exam at no cost, and then one retest per core test at no cost: Applied Math, Workplace Documents, and Graphic Literacy. All attempts after that will be a charge of $14/core test for current Northeast State students and $23/core test for community members. This charge can be paid at the Business Office on any Northeast State campus.
Testing is by appointment only. Please check back frequently for added dates/times. Please review the information for each test before scheduling a test date.
First-time testing includes all 3 exams. You can retest one at a time, but the first time will be for all 3 exams.
The NCRC is a life-time certificate. If you need access to your scores and can't get into your myworkkeys.com account, please call ACT directly at 1-800-967-5539. The Testing Center does NOT have access to myworkkeys.com.
Northeast State is an ACT-approved NCRC® WorkKeys Testing Center.
Most WorkKeys testing will be administered at our Kingsport Testing Center, BWH 134.
If dates do not illuminate in black, then all dates are currently full. New dates are added roughly every 2 weeks. Keep checking back on registration page to see if new dates have been added or for possible cancelations.
Please be considerate of others and email or call if you need to cancel an exam date already scheduled.
