HESI Payment Processing

Congratulations! You have now scheduled a date to take your HESI A2 Nursing Entrance Exam. You must now complete the following two (2) steps to be ready to take your exam on the date you have scheduled. 

Create Your HESI Evolve Account

If you have not already done so, you must create an account with Elsevier Evolve.  

1. Go to https://evolve.elsevier.com
2. In the upper right hand corner of the page, click on “Sign in”
3. Click on “Create an Account” When creating a password please make sure you use letters and numbers only. Although you are allowed to use a special character, it sometimes causes a problem when paying for your exam.
4. Enter the required information and submit.
5. Write down the username and password you just created. You will need to enter both to take the exam. Please remember it.
6. You will received an email from Evolve stating that your account has been created.

Purchase Your HESI Exam

1. FIRST TIME IN CURRENT CYCLE:  Login with your Evolve Username and Password at https://hesistudentaccess.elsevier.com/payments.html?PaymentID=26398  
2. Click on “Catalog” at the top right of screen.
3. Click “Register for results and remediation” in the section HESI Secured Exams on the bottom right side of the screen
4. Click “Register”
5. Click “Proceed to Checkout/Redeem” to continue.  
6. Click submit.
7. Return to My Evolve on the top tool bar.
8. Under “My Content”, click on Student Access tab.
9. Check off terms and conditions.
10. Click Payment tab.
11. Complete personal information. Payment ID is 26398. (Disregard any payment due date that may be listed).
12. Continue through all steps until you have made your payment and received a confirmation message/receipt.
