Additional eligibility requirements including but not limited to demonstrated financial need, residency, minimum GPA or ACT scores, college-level placement, major, enrollment status, hours earned, or priority selection apply to each scholarship award. Scholarships are competitive, and students must apply for consideration by submitting the Northeast State General Scholarship Application. Renewal criteria vary by award.
